Election Monitor's Official Status Update

Dear Members of the Hammocks Community Association Incorporated:
The Election Monitor provides the following official status update regarding the ongoing Board election process.
Earlier today, the official ballot box was formally secured and closed in accordance with the established election procedures and under the supervision of the Election Monitor and Association management. Immediately thereafter, the first in-person vote was received and deposited into the secured ballot box.

The Election Monitor continues to oversee all aspects of the election to ensure compliance with the governing documents, applicable law, and the Court’s directives.
Notice of Campaign Rules Enforcement
Separately, the Election Monitor has issued a formal notice regarding campaign-related violations.
All candidates and members are expected to comply fully with the 2026 Official Campaign Rules.
