2026 Election Schedule
Calendario Electoral de 2026
- Dec. 15, 2025 (Monday) – DEADLINE to submit Candidate Application - Download in English or Spanish
- Jan. 22, 2026 (Thursday) – Publication of the Second Notice of the 2026 Annual Election announcing the Candidates
- Jan. 27, 2026 (Tuesday) @ 7:00 p.m. – First Meet and Greet of the Candidates live at the Clubhouse
- Feb. 14, 2026 (Saturday) @ 11:00 a.m. – Second Meet and Greet of the Candidates live at the Clubhouse
- Feb. 21, 2026 (Saturday) @ 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Saturday Early Voting at the Clubhouse
- Feb. 23, 2026 (Monday) @ 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Monday Early Voting at the Clubhouse
- Feb. 24, 2026 (Tuesday) @ 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Tuesday Early Voting at the Clubhouse
- Feb. 25, 2026 (Wednesday) @ 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Wednesday Early Voting at the Clubhouse (open late)
- Feb. 26, 2026 (Thursday) @ 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. – Election Day Voting at the Clubhouse. Final cut-off time for voting will be at 6:00 p.m. Absentee ballots must be received by the Association by 12:00 p.m. on Election Day. Ballot counting starts at 6:00 p.m. and ends when all votes cast are counted and a new Board of Directors is announced. The Election Monitor will consider exceptions to this procedure upon good cause shown.

- 22 de enero de 2026 (jueves) – Publicación del Segundo Aviso de las Elecciones Anuales de 2026 anunciando a los candidatos
- 27 de enero de 2026 (martes) @ 7:00 p.m. – Primer encuentro y saludo de los candidatos en el Clubhouse
- 14 de febrero de 2026 (sábado) @ 11:00 a.m. – Segundo encuentro y saludo de los candidatos en el Clubhouse
- 21 de febrero de 2026 (sábado) @ 10:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m. – Votación anticipada del sábado en el Clubhouse
- 23 de febrero de 2026 (lunes) @ 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. – Votación anticipada del lunes en el Clubhouse
- 24 de febrero de 2026 (martes) @ 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. – Votación anticipada del martes en el Clubhouse
- 25 de febrero de 2026 (miércoles) @ 9:00 a.m. a 9:00 p.m. – Votación anticipada del miércoles en el Clubhouse (abierto hasta tarde)
- 26 de febrero de 2026 (jueves) @ 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. – Votación el día de las elecciones en el Clubhouse. La hora límite final para votar será a las 6:00 p.m. Las papeletas de voto por correo deben ser recibidas por la Asociación antes de las 12:00 p.m. del día de las elecciones. El recuento de votos comienza a las 6:00 p.m. y termina cuando se cuentan todos los votos emitidos y se anuncia una nueva Junta Directiva. El Monitor Electoral considerará excepciones a este procedimiento siempre que se demuestre causa justificada.
